Yea lindsay lohan is introuble again . well no supprise there ! rumors are that the troubled who is 24 will be charged with felony grandtheft after allegedly steeling $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif. jewelry store. if convicted lindsay will face up to 3 years in prison. For her part, Lohan claims that her stylist failed to return the "one-of-a-kind" bauble on time to Kamofie & Company, the store that lent it out to her January 22.
well there are a very strong way the lohan can go to prison because the security camera catched lohan in the neclace and one week later lindsay was spotted out in it . the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office is expected to file charges as early as Monday.
The Mean Girls actress remains on probation stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest and is due in court for a progress hearing February 25. She completed a 90-day rehab stint at L.A.'s Betty Ford Center on January 3.
